Cricket Protein Pancakes

Pancakes are an awesome way to start your morning and these ones made with cricket protein powder will provide you with the necessary energy, protein and nutrients to kick-start your day. Enjoy with some berries and a dusting of cacao powder or chopped banana with a light drizzle of honey.

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 2 Tbsp of cricket protein powder
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1/4 cup of oats
  • 1/4 cup almond meal
  • 1 tsp of baking powder 

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together in a blender.

Heat a lightly oiled pan over a low-medium heat.

Pour mixture into the pan, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake.

Brown on both sides and serve hot.
