If your animals arrive deceased or in poor condition, our LAP requires that: 1) Customer notifies us of the condition of the animal(s) within 6 hours of arrival by means of Amazon “Problem with order” message portal. (Shipper tracking data arrival time will probably be used.) 2) Customer sends picture(s) of the animal(s), food cup, and shipping box, within 24 hours of arrival to by means of Amazon “Problem with order” message portal.
