This unusual organic pollen is from virgin land within the Galician mountains abundant in chestnut trees, far from busy roads and all varieties of conventional farming. It has a high content of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals, especially iron and vitamin C. This organic chestnut pollen from Galicia is defined by its yellow colour with green notes from the mix with the bramble. Chestnut pollen grains are medium-sized. It has a sweet and pleasant taste with a smooth texture and dissolves easily within the mouth. This is a food wealthy in very important amino acids and vitamins. Our apiaries are positioned in secure high mountain areas. Pollen most commonly from the Castanea sativa and with the presence of Rubus sp.
