It is in liquid form and rich in flavonoids and phenolic compounds in comparison to other propolis brands available in the market. Oral administration and external use: 2 – 3 times day-to-day before meals, 15-30 drops (approximately 1/2 – 3/4 tube) per time, diluted in 100ml plain warm water (water is to fortify the pungent taste of propolis, amount could vary. Hot water isn’t advisable).External use: apply one drop of propolis liquid on affected areas.
